Tonight I made a little bit of a mismatched dinner, but I had brussels sprouts I needed to use before they went bad. I made Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple and Cayenne from Everyday Food, and this Sweet Potato Pizza recipe from Two Peas and Their Pod, using baby spinach in place of kale. A fiber-packed meal to fill you up!
